本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、pmtt（以下「本サービス」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本サービスを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本サービスは、ポーカートーナメント（MTT）のプリフロップ戦略を学習するためのドリルツールです。GTO（Game Theory Optimal）ソルバーの計算結果に基づいた問題を出題し、ユーザーの学習を支援します。
ユーザーは正確な情報を提供してアカウントを作成する必要があります。アカウントの管理はユーザー自身の責任で行うものとします。
デジタルサービスの性質上、原則として返金は行いません。ただし、サービスの重大な不具合等により利用が困難な場合は、個別にご対応いたします。
本サービスで提供される情報はGTOソルバーの計算に基づくものであり、実際のポーカーにおける結果を保証するものではありません。本サービスの利用により生じた損害について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。
当方は、事前の通知なくサービスの内容を変更、または終了することがあります。
本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後の利用をもって、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
By using pmtt (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service provides a drill-based learning tool for poker tournament (MTT) preflop strategy, based on GTO (Game Theory Optimal) solver calculations.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided. However, we will address cases where the service is substantially unusable on a case-by-case basis.
The information provided is based on GTO solver calculations and does not guarantee results in actual poker play. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this Service.
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
